Lindsey has been immersed in the fitness industry for 6 years now. Starting with teaching group fitness classes during her college years at UofL that passion for motivating and helping others led her to pursuing a career as a Certified Personal Trainer. Stemming from her background as a high-energy Cycle instructor, she brings contagious energy to every session at GRIT. Her goal is to make fitness not only effective but also enjoyable, ensuring you feel safe and strong every step of the way. For Lindsey, community is paramount; she believes in fostering connection and motivation in every session, creating an environment where everyone feels a part of something special. She takes great pride in contributing to that environment at GRIT.
When not at GRIT, you'll likely find Lindsey teaching spin classes, practicing yoga, or exploring new local restaurants with friends.
